He makes one for his wife Pat Carson, and together they fight crime and the Germans as The Zip Jets. Zom chooses to skulk around watching for injustice, and when he sees it, he uses his powers to transform the victim so that they can take revenge. Able to transform people into muscle bound hunks. Its uncertain whether this is the only transformation he can initiate, or indeed if he is granting wishes, as both the people he transforms specifically wish for greater strength. Perhaps if they had wished for something else, that is what they would have got instead. Obscure British character who only racked up a single appearance.

He's obviously a wealthy gentleman, he carries a sword cane, and he has a pet cheetah. He doesn't seem to have any actual superpowers, however.
